Sounds problem

Hi everybody,

i'm creating many project for my company with storyline3 ( latest update done) . Since 2 days, i have a strange problem.
With existing project for at least one month, were working with no problem, mp3 now loading apply a bug with the storyline player.

i export (for the beguining of the project) in the CD menu.
if i read with story_html5.html or story.html files with latest firefox, no problems.
if i use launchstory.exe, each time i have a sound i have a bug ( the download wheel run and run but nothing is happening).

if i launch story_html5.html or story.html with IE11 ( sorry some customers still have IE11) it doesnt work. ( same download wheel).

if someone has an idea to fix this ! please feel free to help.
