I have received source files from my developer in order to make minor text amendments but the font has been substituted with a default rather than showing my clients brand font.
I have the clients font installed on my computer, and when text is selected in the .story file the font window pane recognises what the font should be but is displaying a default font, when I publish the course it publishes the default font - please see example screen shots attached.
Please help, as I have other courses in development that use non-standard fonts and I would like to keep minor amendments in-house.

did you install the fonts after you opened storyline? You would need to close and reopen storyline.
It may be that the developer used a different font. Many fonts have a the same name but different creator (Myriad Pro for example). You may need to get the fonts from the developer.
It appears that the developer did use a different font to the one I supplied him with, I wouldn't have thought to ask them to supply the fonts if you hadn't of flagged this, thanks Phil.
