The starting scene is not showing when text to speech is on. I am publishing from Storyline to Review 360 and then adding to Rise. I am almost certain that this worked before, but now my new and old Storylines appear with a gray starting screen. When I remove text to speech, the starting scene is as I expect.
Hi Frances. Assuming that your starting screen has text-to-speech audio on it that starts automatically, this issue is very likely due to browser security issues (particularly Chrome). If you put an initial screen before the starting slide, one that the user must click on to move forward, it's likely the issue will be eliminated.
