States won't change at cue point

This should be simple. I've got three buttons and I've built them to move along a motion path AND change state at the same cue point. Earlier, as in yesterday it worked, but I had to make some modifications. And then none of them worked. I gave up and this morning after doing absolutely nothing different, one of the three button state changes work, but I can't get the other two to work.

This should be so simple. What am I doing wrong?

P.S. I've read the directions and I've checked the build and everything to make a state change a a cue point seems to be correct.

So frustrating. Please assist. Thanks.
