Step-by-step Try mode issue

Hello everyone.
I really hope I can find a solution to a problem I'm experiencing.
I recently published an e-Learning FAQ module to a shared folder on a server. It works well and everyone can access it.
Some of the answers (in the FAQ) demonstrate a Step-by-step interaction from the users that I captured.
The problem is that on some computers (even mine) the step by step video will not continue. The instruction is to click on a link on screen, but when the user does so, the video will not proceed to the next slide/step.
I noticed it happens in Internet Explorer - Same computer with Google Chrome works just fine.
We don't have an option to install Google Chrome in the entire organization and it's not the default browser either.
Any ideas?

Hi Itai,
Do you know what version of Internet Explorer they're using? You can find a listing of needed system requirements here, and you'd also want to confirm that they have Flash 10 or later.

We are using IE ver. 9.0. All computer clients have Flash ver 11 installed.
