Step-by-step Try mode issue

Hello everyone.

I really hope I can find a solution to a problem I'm experiencing.

I recently published an e-Learning FAQ module to a shared folder on a server. It works well and everyone can access it.

Some of the answers (in the FAQ) demonstrate a Step-by-step interaction from the users that I captured.

The problem is that on some computers (even mine) the step by step video will not continue. The instruction is to click on a link on screen, but when the user does so, the video will not proceed to the next slide/step.

I noticed it happens in Internet Explorer - Same computer with Google Chrome works just fine.

We don't have an option to install Google Chrome in the entire organization and it's not the default browser either.

Any ideas?
