Step-by-step Try mode Issue

Hello Everyone,
I am encountering a problem with content that I published.
At its core it is an FAQ where users click on a question and the answer appears.
Some answers consist of a simple slide and some answers show a Step-by-Step capture.
The problem is that on some computers the Step-by-step process won't advance to the next slide even when the user does as they are told.
I tried it with a different browser - Google Chrome and there it works fine.
As an organization we are using Internet Explorer as the default browser and that's where on some machines the problem appears.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
