Stop storyline from opening in new window in Canvas Feb 06, 2023 By Kristy Stout I have a storyline scorm file I am putting in canvas. I do not want it to open in a new window but stay in canvas. In the player, I have unchecked "launch player in new window" but it still does in Canvas. How can I stop this? Kristy

Sounds like a Canvas setting to me.
If you add it as an umarked assignment, add it to a module and donot change the assignment settings specifically then it will be embedded on a page.
In steps showing how to:

Check that this checkbox is unchecked.
Then add it to a module and it will be embedded on a page.
