I have a presentation with several screens that have synchronized audio and active buttons. I would like to be able to stop the audio if the user clicks the button before all the bullets are played. Is that possible?
Yes, it is possible to stop the playing audio after clicking the button. For that you need to add trigger on the button to stop the audio. Regards, Shailesh
If I have 5 buttons, do I need to make a trigger for all 5? Or is there easier way? What if I have two audio on the same layer. I'm guessing a need a trigger for both audios?

If you have 5 buttons that you want them all to stop/pause the media, you would need to add triggers to each button.
