Hi everyone. I have uploaded a course into our LMs and no matter what I've done to problem solve, by adjusting settings, checking all slides, etc... the course still says "in progress" after someone completes the course. Please some one help! lol. Iv'e tested in scorm cloud Multiple times, and reached out to their team as well, and out global support services for our LMS cornerstone as well. It is something to do with the course.
All I can say is I'm having the same issue and it's driving me crazy. Someone suggested adding an "exit" trigger to the last page and there is a similar post about using the pass/fail to report completion. Hopefully someone will be able to help us!
I'm sorry to hear you both are running into recording completion issues! If you've tested your course in SCORM Cloud and are experiencing the same thing, chances are you'll need to make some adjustments to your tracking and reporting options!
