When publishing using SL2, I am trying to test the story_html5.html version on my FTP. The loading sign keeps circling and the page never loads. I understand Firefox may not be supported, but why doesn't it load on Chrome?

When you are using your FTP, are you loading the entire published output folder (and all of its contents) to your server? Also, did you make any changes to the structure of the published output folder?
Chrome is the supported browser for Storyline 2 HTML5 content on Windows, so I don't see an issue there. If you want to attach your .story file or even your published output here, we're happy to test it out with our own test server!
