I'm hoping someone has a solution for me. I have a client that cannot increase the size of the player window, would changing his screen resolution correct the problem? He works on a PC with a Dell U2713Hb with resolution set at 2560x1440. I attached a screen capture so you can see how small the player window is. I would like the simplest solution for not so tech survey person.

Hello Barb,
The player size can be changed within the player options. you can set it lock at optimal size or you can have is scale to fit the browser window.
