Storyline 1 SCORM 1.2 issue with IE11

Hi everyone!

I've developed close to 50 courses for a client and deployed them on their LMS. It is one specifically  for compliance use. The courses worked fine in that and SCORM Cloud.

They've migrated to EI11 in some cases, and the one course lucky enough to be tested in IE11 is failing to bookmark. I've seen where this is a common issue

Any ideas for a solution?

Hi Lori,

Thanks for reaching out here - and I worked in another thread recently with a similar issue. In her case, we had her also go through the following steps:

 If the issue is happening in Internet Explorer 11 only, then we could say
 that this is a browser related issue only.

We recommend enabling the option "When running in LMS, ignore Flash cookie" so that the course will use the resume functionality of the LMS.
I would like you to try the following in the computer using Internet Explorer 11 and then test the course again and see if it fixes the issue:

1) You might want to try disabling Internet Explorer 11's protected mode by following the steps here:

2) Try resetting Internet Explorer's security settings by following the
 steps here:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/reset-ie-settings#ie=ie-11
