Storyline 2 Activation

Hello,
We have Storyline 2 installed on a workstation, everything installed and activated fine, but there seems to be an issue with the software deactivating itself. This has happened about 3-4 times so far, usually I just go in and reactivate the software. I'm wondering what the cause of this could be. The software has been reinstalled once already.
Multiple people log into the workstation with their own credentials - could this be the cause? I came across a support topic stating that installation is supported for a Single User, and Two Computers. I just want to verify if maybe the multiple people logging into the computer could be the cause of this. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, as each license is for one individual user. Perhaps you have a particular license set up that you'd like to discuss with our Success team.
