One of our end users submitted the attached screen print to show what happens in the middle of an online course created in Articulate Storyline 2. Many other end users have completed the course without any glitches. Do you have any insights about what is causing the course to suddenly stop working? Is it possible that the version of IE may cause the challenge?
I have never seen this before. I do know that many LMSs don't play well with IE. Do you know what Browser version your user is using? Also, can they try a different browser?

Hi Tricia - The version is IE 11. I will suggest the user try Chrome. Thanks.
