Storyline 2 Course of size 250 MB when uploaded on Saba and tested the test links which worked fine. So we went for production and when we got the live links, the course is not loading and it is just still with a white screen. Can anyone help me with this????
Sorry to hear that you've run into difficulty with this. Is this an issue that you are able to replicate in SCORM Cloud or is it limited to your LMS. If you are able to replicate, please share the .story file for us to take a look.
Hid, I wonder if your LMS is having trouble serving up all that data to multiple users at once, or even one user if you have a larger video near the beginning of your course. We had that limitation with our LMS, so we removed our videos from the course, uploaded them to a separate streaming service, and then embedded the links in the course.
If you'd like to share with our team we have an account that allows for more than 100MB and we're happy to assist in testing it there so that you could share the results with your LMS team if it works as expected, or if it doesn't then our Support Engineers can investigate further.

I think the SCORM Cloud trial caps out at 100MB.

Good catch and suggestions Mike.
