Hi! We're experiencing an issue where hotspots do not work when projects are uploaded to our LMS. They work fine when previewed, but when testing in the LMS, the hotspot is not recognized - no error messages, but clicking on the hotspot doesn't do anything.
We've started building these interactions differently so we don't run into this issue, but I wondered if anyone has had a similar problem?
It doesn't sound like a bug I've seen before, but I'd be happy to help test your file. Can you share it here with us? That way I can also see how it behaves in a few other environments such as SCORM Cloud.
