I've been working on a course and on just one slide (on the layer actually) the 4 images that were fully functioning yesterday are not appearing. I've read through a bunch of threads and tried everything. I've renamed the files to not include dashes, I'm working locally on my computer, I've inserted the files 4 separate times and set it up. Nothing is making them appear.
Is anyone else still experiencing this issue? I see it was more of an issue a few years back and this is my first time having anything like this happen.
I'm sorry to hear about the behavior and I think it sounds like you've already gone through the steps here to work locally and use a short file name and path without characters. You'll also want to make sure you're on the latest update of Storyline 2 Update 11. Since it's just this one layer within a file it may be something that it would help to have our team take a look at. You can share a copy of your .story file here with us or post it here in the ELH forums using the "add attachment" button n the bottom of the reply window. The latter will be public and then folks in the community can assist as well.

Thank you Ashley, I updated the program and it's still not working. I just submitted a case with your team.
Thanks again!
Thanks so much Carri, and if you have your case number I'm happy to follow along as you work with our Support Engineers.
