I have published my project in storyline 2 many times recently without any issue. Surprisingly, the same project suddenly freezes when I view the published file using HTML links and keep loading. I tried re-publishing many times with no success. Can anyone please advise how can I resolve this issue.
Local playback of Flash content doesn't work in the majority of browsers (you'll see more details in this article). You could try launching the story_html5.html file in Chrome's latest update, but we always recommend uploading and testing your content in the intended environment for the best results.
Thanks for your response. I already tried the above methods but was still having the same issue. The issue is resolved by one of the Articulate Support team members. Apparently, the storyline player was corrupt and it worked after importing the slides to a new Storyline file.
