Storyline 2, Trouble looping videos

I've been running into an issue where some videos will loop while others will not even though I am using the same method.I create a trigger to play media once that same media completes.
When it works, it works wonderfully. When it doesn't, the video WILL go back to the start but will not play. It will freeze on frame one and clicking on it will not restart it during preview mode. I'm not sure if this is an issue with Storyline 2 or maybe there is something wrong with my videos.
If it matters, the format of the videos that are looping are in .avi
The non looping videos are in .mov or .wmv format
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Spencer, and welcome to Heroes!
Please make sure you are working locally as described here.
If you view an Articulate Storyline course on your local hard drive (or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive), you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail. To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Here's is an article with information on how to do this.
If this does not correct the issue, you can attach your file here with the paperclip icon for us to take a look.
Hi Emily,
I tried publishing it for CD and playing the content on a different, unrestricted computer. One of the videos looped once but then didn't loop again. The other video didn't loop at all. I'd appreciate if you could take a look at the .story file I'm attaching. There are two videos on one slide. Neither of them are looping for me. If they loop for you, I'd be glad to know it's my computer's fault. Thank you!
It seems to be a glitch in the software. For some reason the video will loop if I trim the video length inside of Storyline. Not something I want to do.
Hello Spencer,
I was not able to get the loop to work wit your file, however i tested a new file with a different video, and the loop worked as it should.
You may want to submit a support request so they can look into the file and video a little closer.
Thank you Emily. I'll do that Thanks for your help.
