My storyline 2 has been acting up - not playing triggers, not allowing me to drag text boxes around, etc. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall. Successfully uninstalled, but now it won't reinstall because it says that I must first close the active Storyline files. However there aren't any active ones. In fact Storyline 2 is uninstalled. Can anyone HELP please!
