Storyline 3 and IE11

Storyline 3 does support IE11 and HTML5 output. Here are the system requirements for your reference. 

As Brian mentioned if it's not working in your LMS, could you try it in SCORM Cloud? It's a free standard for LMS testing.

I am having an issue with an HTML5 module in IE11. I am using Storyline 3. All of the text in my module is either not appearing, or is only showing a few lines/letters. I tested in SCORMcloud with the same result.

1. Are you running the latest update for Storyline 3- build 3.2.13213.0? You can check by going to Help > About Storyline:

Thank you for you help! I  submitted a support case on Monday and attached my file there. (# 01137490). I have not heard back yet. I am using the most recent update to SL3 (version update 2 3.2.13213.0)

Thanks for sharing your case number with us Jessica. It looks like Angelo is currently testing, so you should be hearing something soon.

I had a similar problem. I used Agenda font with .otf extension. Internet Explorer could not render font properly and on Google Chrome it was ok. I installed font Agenda.ttf and that solved my problem. Hope that this will help. :)
