I recently installed Storyline 3 and published to a shared internal drive. When playing back there is no audio. The audio works fine when activated from my local C drive. I've tried using different browsers, Chrome, Firefox, and IE, but no luck.
This was not an issue when I used Storyline 2. It played back fine on local and shared drive. Any thoughts?

I did want to share that we recommend publishing to your local drive and then testing once uploaded to the environment that it was intended for. Check out this documentation.

Disregard request. I republished to the shared drive and the audio now works.
