I am new to Articulate 360. I am unable to upload a PPT to Storyline. My IT department verified that it is not any of the issues listed in one of the Articulate troubleshooting articles.
I am getting an error message that "There's not enough memory or system resources to start PowerPoint when I try to upload". I have over 44 GB of memory left, so that can't be it.
This error is somewhat a known issue with Kaspersky or other security software. You can try to disable or uninstall your security software and try to upload the PPT again.
There are more details on this MS Forum discussion. I would also suggest to obtain assistance from your IT guy as these issues are usually tricky.
