The preview of the content works fine and plays the sound in Story line3. When published to LMS, it is not giving any sound. The same content was working fine earlier and we just made few text edits and republished it. Any idea how to trouble shoot this issue?
I'd start by checking what update of Storyline 3 you're using. You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline". The latest update of Storyline 3, is build 3.6.18134.0.
Next, since Preview and an earlier publish worked fine, I'd test uploading your published content to another environment. SCORM Cloud is a great option that would support your LMS output.
