Storyline 3 courses and IPAD help

Hello all,
I am publishing our courses for html5/flash so that they can be viewed on a wide range of devices including the Ipad.
On Ipad when viewing the module I have noticed that the bullets on each slide are far from synced to the video. They come in slow and off sync every time. This is not the case on a desktop either with windows/mac or safari/firefox/chrome. This only happens on the Ipad.
We are not using the Articulate mobile player. The course I am testing is being done on the ScormCloud website, so we know it is not solely an issue with our LMS.
Any suggestions, tips or advice?

Sorry to hear that you are running into an issue.
Are you using the latest version of Storyline 3, which is Update 2?
Since you mention that the issue happens in SCORM Cloud, we would certainly want to take a look. Would you be able to share the .story file with us here? If not, you can share here privately.
