I am having an issue with Storyline 3 and some persistent flash issue in the player. Our courses are developed either in SL3 or 360. When I view them on 3, everything looks good until I go to the Player where the preview shows me a flash error.
I don't know if it's the .xml file we are using for the player.

Do you know what version of Storyline 3 you are currently using? You can check by going to Help > About Storyline. When we released Build 3.8.20838.0 in December of 2019, this allowed Storyline 3 to be officially Flash-free.
That was my fear. I am on update 7:3.7.20003.0. I work for a large federal govt dept so getting updates pushed to our machines is difficult. Now I have a build number I will send it up the chain.
Sounds good, Andrew. The link I shared above will show all of our version histories. If you get to petition for a build number, I'd go for the latest, which is Build 3.11.23355.0.
After a greater effort than it should have taken, I finally got our IT people to upgrade my version of SL3 to the latest build and it fixed the problem. Thanks very much.
