Storyline 3 / publish link as SCORM package in LMS?

Hello,

I am a bit confused and need some help. I was tasked with adding an elearning course to our LMS. We want to track the quiz results. The elearning course is from a partner. They told us: "Publish the link to this course as a SCORM package in your LMS and you will be able to track results."

As you can see, it was created in Storyline 3.

Is it possible to publish this link as a SCORM package in our LMS and then track results? (I don't think so. I think we would have to have the course in a zip file published as a SCORM package.) But that's why I am here: to ask this question and learn.

Any ideas?
