I applied the latest release of storyline 3 yesterday; have just opened replay to insert a video but it only inserts the audio not the visual. I've tried looking for help which seems to imply re-install replay but the link provided keeps going to the storyline 3 install download. Please help.
I'm sorry you're running into this issue with Replay! Which version of Replay are you using?
The update to Storyline 3 didn't include any modifications to Replay, so it might be something else that is getting in the way. Since Flash is no longer supported, you'll want to make sure you're using an updated version of Replay like Replay 360.
