I've got the latest and greatest version of SL 360. The closed captions (either added manually or imported) have worked in the past. Suddenly, nothing appears when Previewing or Publishing. I suspect another update to something somewhere but cannot ID the issue. This is happening on multiple computers, multiple developers, across multiple states.

Looks like Michael linked you to a similar conversation and I agree, it sounds like you're running into the same thing.

Good news, Kevin! We just released update 13 for Storyline 360! It includes new features and fixes - check them all out here.
One of the fixes addresses an issue where closed captions weren't appearing correctly in HTML5.
Here’s how you can update Storyline 360 to take advantage of everything the latest release has to offer. Let me know how you make out!
