Just created my first course (with quiz) in Storyline 360, which I will be publishing to a SAP Successfactors LMS. I am attempting to test the course in SCORM cloud. Each time I complete the course, it is reading as incomplete. I am using SCORM 2004, 4th edition. I have a 15 question quiz, with one results slide. I have also set the quiz to "Pass/Incomplete" looking for that value from the results slide. Can someone point me to where I'm going wrong?

What is the pass rate for your quiz?
Are you passing the quiz when you're getting this result?
If you are not passing the quiz, I would expect the report to show incomplete based on your settings.

I have passing set to 80% for the course.
I have passed and failed the quiz and received the same result in SCORM cloud.
