Storyline 360 Error with Saving

Hi.. I am facing an issue with saving my story on my system. When I click on 'Save As' under 'File' menu, the error message says - The profile file could not be saved. Can not access a closed stream.

Can someone help me resolve this issue.

Hi Varsha!  I'm sorry you're having this problem!  Are you saving your .story file on your local C: drive and not a shared/network or USB drive?  This can sometimes cause erratic behavior or file corruption.  If you're working on your local C: drive, try creating a new Storyline project and importing the slides from your old file to the new one and re-saving!
