I am using Parallels on a Mac to run Storyline 360. I am in my master's program and have been working on a Profile for the last five weeks. Today, Storyline was frozen/non-responsive. I re-started my Mac and now when I click on my file under "Recent", I get a pop-up box that states "the path or file name is invalid. Please check that the path and file name are correct." I have not had a problem as I have been updating this same file/project weekly. Do you have any pointers for me on where I can retrieve this file?
