There seems to be an issue when copying a 360 image with markers and hotspots from one Storyline file to another.
I am not able to edit some (not all) of the imported 360 images in the new Storyline file. I get the three little dots showing that it's trying to load, but nothing happens.
Thanks for reaching out! I just did some testing on my end, and I'm not able to reproduce this issue. I'm going to reach out in a support case to gather logs and help troubleshoot this issue.
In the new storyline file, import from storyline the slide from the old file. That is the most reliable way to include everything in a functioning state. Copy paste is still an area of continuing growth in SL.
Here is what I have tried so far using the same 360 image:
-Copy/paste image from another file -Copy/paste slide from another file -Import slide from another file
Using all three of these methods, I am still not able to edit the 360 image in the new file. After a few minutes, I get the screen with a big red "X" (see attached).

After further testing the issue is still present.
