After launching the Articulate 360 app and I get to all the different apps I am able to launch all but Storyline 360. I have launched it several times in the past but when I logged onto my computer today it did not want to load. I have attached the screen that I get stuck at. I tried shutting down my computer and restarting but that did not seem to resolve the issue.
We've seen a few issues of this in the past and many users mentioned that their firewall caused the issue.
Be sure to look into enabling the network endpoints and ports listed here. That should allow you to access everything Articulate 360 through the firewall setup.

Do you recall any significant event like an operating system update or some changes to your network security prior to this happening?
