Hi there, Some videos are not playing in the review version as well as the SCORM version. I've renamed MP4 videos and added triggers but still not playing. I'm using the latest Articulate 2021 version. Can anyone please help me with this issue?
We can help! I don't see similar reports stating issues with videos in the latest version of Storyline 360. Can we take a look at your .story file to determine what is getting in the way? You can attach it to this public discussion or upload it privately in a support case.
Apologies for the late reply. I didn't even get a notification that someone (Lauren) responded to my problem. I appreciate your help, though.
I've fixed video issues by transcoding them in Adobe Media Encoder, and now they play perfectly fine. Simon from Australia gave this tip - "Even if your video is in a supported format, sometimes transcoding it might help."
