I am working on a project with some videos. all videos are playing well in html5 output but splash screen or intro screen video is not playing. I tried as per my understanding. but there is no solution for me. please help me to find out this problem.

We added support for Google's new media policy, which could prevent audio and video from autoplaying in Chrome. If a Storyline course stops working in Chrome, install the latest Storyline update and republish. (Have lots of courses? Good news! We’re working on a tool that’ll let you mass update existing courses without republishing them. Stay tuned for details.)
Since Apple no longer allows videos to autoplay by default in Safari 11, learners now see a play button when they launch or resume a course with a video on the first slide. Clicking the play button allows the video to play as expected. Learn more.
If you're still having difficulty while on the latest update, can you share a copy of the .story file here or a link to your course so that we can take a look?
Thanks for your reply. I find out the solution for same problem. there is an issue in video. after re publish the video in adobe after effect its working fine.

which version of Storyline you have installed, if it is Storyline2 try to update with latest version (update 13)
