Fairly new to using Articulate. Converted a co-workers Storyline project to the latest version, was having problems capturing the completion status in SF LMS when executing the course. I have tried very possible configuration on both sides and still having issues; even tried the dummy slide and wasn't able to get that to work. In preview mode, have no issues with the course closing but once in LMS it does not work in IE but Chrome. I'm assuming has something to do with Java?
Have you done any testing in SCORM Cloud yet? If so, are you getting the same results? We generally compare the behavior in SCORM Cloud to your LMS experience to try to parse out file issues versus LMS issues. We are happy to help you with that testing if you'd like to share your file!
Hi Alyssa, I submitted a case. Used SCROM Cloud and various testing & reconfiguration, and have not been successful. Fairly new to using Articulate Storyline, and recently taken on an LMSE Admin role so it has been a crash course of learning the finer details.
I had a look into your case this morning, and I see that Robert found the completion data was sent to the LMS correctly in his testing. Let us know if the repair steps he sent you made a difference. If not, we'll keep digging!
