Storyline 360: Tabs on Menu Slide

Hi There

I have a course built in storyline 360.  Learners have to select a topic to learn more  (menu slide attached).

However, if a learner selects the last topic first (Our Aim attached) - he/she basically skips all the other topics.

Is there a way to ensure that a learner completes all the other topics on the menu slide (even though he/she selected the last topic first) before proceeding future in the course?
