Storyline 360 Update Install Error

Hello,

I'm trying to update Storyline 360 with the latest update, but I got a message that another process/download is preventing the install. I have done multiple attempts at either a shut down or restart and neither seems to clear that.

Any suggestions? Thank you -

Hi Daniel!

Sorry to hear you're running into errors when updating your Storyline 360 desktop app!

Can you try signing out of the Articulate 360 desktop app completely, then rebooting your machine, and signing back in? Also, it would be helpful to confirm no pending Windows updates are getting in the way.
