I've downloaded the AICC relay file and integrated this into a published course. It works fine tested on SCORM cloud but when I load it on to a client LMS (DOCENT 6.5) i get an error message. LMS Did not retrun a valid status. I checked the debug log and it looks like its finding and launching the course OK but clearly not recognizing whats returned form the LMS. Any ideas?
If everything is working as expected within SCORM Cloud you'll want to connect with your LMS team as they're your first resource to determine why the course is not behaving as expected. I'd suggest sharing your SCORM Cloud results with them as well.
