Storyline and LMS Issues

Hi all,
I've reached a road block with a Storyline quiz that we're trying to get to work on our Oracle Taleo LMS site. The issue is that once the user goes through the course and exits, the results are not tracking back to the system. No matter how many times I pass the quiz, I close the launch window and get a "you have not completed the course" message.
I've tested the quiz in the Scorm cloud and got a completion status of "Complete", but a success status of "unknown". I'm not sure how to read those results.
The course is designed to track via a results slide, with a status of Complete/Incomplete after the user has finished the quiz. We have a few other courses that contain quizzes, and they are working without issue. I can't determine what the difference is between them.
Attached is the quiz that I'm referring to in this case. Any help I could get with this problem would be GREATLY appreciated!

Unfortunately, it looks like you provided the published output for your project, instead of the .STORY file. We can't actually see how the file is set up with only the published output.
Without seeing your file, it's hard to know for sure - but here are some common troubleshooting steps for working with an LMS.
It may also help to compare the tracking and scoring options with your previous projects, if they're working correctly within your LMS.
Also, I noticed the quiz is quite long from the published project you shared. If you can provide an answer key for testing purposes, that would also be helpful, just to ensure we see the correct results when passing or failing the quiz.
