We have created a branching module in Storyline but we can't get it to complete in our LMS (SuccessFactors). We have created a trigger on the infinity sign after the last page, but it is not registering with the LMS as completed. Can you help?
Is there a way to get rid of the link (infinity sign) trigger for the last page and have the completion the click of the button only. We tried this first but the link trigger always stays and it seems like it's impossible to delete it.
If you see a link icon beneath a slide, that means you could have a next button enabled on that slide. Do you see the link icon disappear if you remove the next button?
I'd like to do some further testing on your "Complete Course" trigger. Would you mind sharing your original (unpublished) file with me?
Hi, We finally got this working as it was a problem with a setting in our LMS. However, we had a completion button on the screen, not a next button and the link icon never disappeared. How can I ensure that if I share the file, that it is kept inhouse and not available to the public?
Sorry to reply to old thread but when I look at my triggers (SL3) I do not have a "Complete Course" action. I am also having issues getting my course to register complete on our LMS. Help..
The Course Completion Trigger is a feature within Storyline 360.
Storyline 3 users can open Storyline 360 project files that have course completion triggers. And you can track Storyline 3 courses using those completion triggers. However, you can’t edit the status for existing completion triggers (as shown below) or create new completion triggers in Storyline 3.

Not sure if this will make a difference but have you tried switching the completion from 'When timeline reaches' to simply 'When timeline starts'?

You can attach it to a new reply here. Thanks!
