The storyline course contains 21 pages and is published to SCORM1.2. When the course is deployed on LMS and tested through fiddler, we realized that the course keeps calling 4400 files when the course was launched. It kept calling the same swf files over and over again. It did not stop running until it reach 4404 files. When we click “Next” it recalled the same swf files moved from 4404 to 4569 before stopping. Please let us know if we can add any workaround to stop repetitive requests to avoid trafficking issue on Server side.
Thanks Jeff and Ashley, this was tested using Fiddler and noticed the issue. The course we are testing from other LMS. Please let me know if you can help me in understanding the loading mechanism of Storyline.
The only information we have in terms of how Storyline content loads is detailed here. Were you able to test it in SCORM Cloud to see how it behaves there?

Hi Shailesh, never heard that before. Have you submitted a support case?

Hi Shailesh,
I'd agree with Jeff, it may be best to take a look at this with our Support engineers and you'll also want to look at testing the content within SCORM Cloud as an industry standard for testing LMS content and you could also enable LMS debug mode.
