Help! I recently published an e-learning module to our LMS (Training Partner-company is Geometrix). The course plays, and the trigger shows the class was updated following the results slide but on the learner's transcript, the course either will say "Failed-term not found" I set the trigger to be one question and the pass is 100%-I've done this in the past and didn't have any problems. Our LMS uses SCORM 1.2. Can you please help-I am attaching the zipped file because I am desperately trying to get this fixed as soon as I can. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you looked at testing it in SCORM Cloud too - as that terminology sounds specific to your LMS, so testing it at SCORM Cloud would help confirm where the issue is. It's a free industry standard for testing and you may want to review the troubleshooting directions here.
If odd behavior persists there, we'll want to take a look at your .story file and you can share it here. If everything works normally at SCORM Cloud, please connect with your LMS team for additional assistance.
