Storyline course with a quiz, running through Sharepoint Server 2010, quiz questions show as graded before I answer them.

I can run the Storyline course as HTML5.  Launched the course and took the quiz, which is set to retake until 80% or greater grade.  Retook the entire course on a new day with same machine.  When I got to the quiz section, the first few questions showed up okay and I had to answer them and click submit, but after that the remaining questions showed up with the red incorrect or green correct image and I could not select the multiple choices to pick an answer.  I could only click submit to go to the next question.  What is that?
