Storyline crashing when working with video

Hello all,

I am working with videos in Storline 2. I recorded an interview over Microsoft Lync which saved it as a .wmv file even though there was no video, just audio. I have imported the video on multiple slides and am only using a small portion of the interview on each slide (~1-2 minutes out of a 45 minute interview). Yesterday I was able to edit the video and didn't have much of an issue. Today, I can't even open the video editor without Storyline crashing. I have tried saving it with a new file name which oddly enough has worked with other, unrelated issues. I have rebooted my computerwhich hasn't improved the issue. Do any of you have a suggestion of something else I can try?

I am sorry to hear you are having difficulties, but here are a few things we can try: First, are you working locally? And also, have you attempted this repair? If the crashing continues, we do have a solution to pull error logs to send to our Support Engineers for further assistance, or you can use our regular contact support page
