We are using Storyline to create teaching material with audio. In the spring we exported the material for LMS (Canvas) and there was no problem uploading and unpacking in Canvas and the sound worked perfectly.
Now when we try to do the same it does not work. There is no sound. If we open directly in webb browser we have sound.
Has anyone experienced this problem or have a solution?
We are experiencing the same issue. A month ago sound worked when we uploaded HTML5 to Canvas and embedded using iFrames. The HTML5 media uploaded prior to a month ago still works. Now the sound will not work for HTML5 Storyline Files unless we use SCORM which we do not want to do. If we play the mp3 files from the HTML5 package from the Media Library, they play. The same zip files we uploaded and worked a month ago no longer work if we upload them again to Canvas now. This is not just one HTML5 Storyline file it is all of them across the board, since a month ago. It is across all browsers. We tried rolling back Storyline patches with no change. We tried replacing the mp3 files with wav files as well.
