I don't know what to change in my Storyline file to display 100% or 8 out of 8 correct when user successfully passes the module in Cornerstone.
Currently, when a user passes the module it is showing Score: 16.66 when getting all 8 questions correct. Instead I would prefer it shows 100% or 8/8 correct. Can anyone help with this issue?

If your LMS isn’t reporting the statuses you expect, first I'd recommend testing your course in SCORM Cloud for comparison. It's an online LMS environment that can be used to determine whether an issue lies with the LMS or the .story file itself.
If the file reports as expected in SCORM Cloud, the issue is likely LMS-related, and you'll want to reach out to your LMS administrator.
In the meantime, I know we have a number of community members who are also Cornerstone users. Perhaps folks will be able to chime in with some insight as well!
