I set up my player rules > menu settings > navigation restrictions set to 'locked' but when I published to the LMS and opened in Firefox the restrictions are not in place. I verified the restrictions work in Google Chrome and IE. I also noticed the formatting of text is off when accessing in Firefox but appears correct in Chrome and IE. Is there any known issues when publishing and accessing via Firefox that I cannot see? Thanks!
I haven't heard of a specific issue with Firefox not allowing the player menu to be locked or the text being formatted incorrectly - so I'd want to know a bit more about how you're testing this? Are you viewing the published content locally or have you placed within an LMS or web server? Testing it locally is not recommended as it could cause you to encounter security restrictions or other unusual behavior as detailed here. Next, you'll want to check that you're viewing the Flash output within Firefox (story.html link) as Firefox has limited support for HTML5 as detailed at the bottom of this comparison chart.
If the odd behavior persists after checking into those elements are you able to share a .story file here with us?
If you point to the story.html link of your course that would open the Flash output, as long as you have Flash installed on your computer and accessible within Firefox. You can check what version of Flash is installed by going to a site such as Supportdetails.com while in a Firefox Browser.

Hi Ashley. Thank you for your help!
I am viewing the published content within an LMS. How would you recommend checking the Flash output within Firefox? Thanks!
Hi Kelli,
