Many of our users are having problems with modules running very slow (15 secs plus) and even freezing when clicking "submit" on questions in the final assessment of a module, even though questions in the main body of the content perform ok. The issue appears to be between the computers and the LMS but we are not sure what it is and we do not have this issue with modules authored with other tools. We have published to both Scorm 1.2 and 2004 but without success. Any ideas?
Have you been able to isolate it to a particular browser that the users are experiencing this set up? Also, I'd suggest trying it at SCORM Cloud as well to see if you're able to replicate the behavior, and if you can't you'll want to connect with your LMS team regarding the delay. If you can recreate it at SCORM Cloud, can you share your .story file with us and let us know additional information about how you were testing it? If you'd prefer to share it privately, please feel free to share it with us here.
This thread is a bit dated and I'm not sure if Nick is still subscribed, but you are welcome to send a message via the 'Contact Me' option on the user profile if needed.

Ashley, thats been very useful thanks. It performs perfectly on the Scorm Cloud and so therefore must be our LMS.
Thanks
Happy to help Nick, and you'll definitely want to share those results with your LMS team. Best of luck!
